SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Apple Tree Construction Company LLC submitted a preliminary long plat application, known as "Plat of the Orchards", to subdivide 33.99 acres into 135 single-family residential lots on April 2, 2026. The subject property is located at 2206 S. 96th Ave. and 9905 Occidental Rd. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on July 9 and July 16, 2026. Next steps in the process are for City Council to set a hearing date to conduct a closed record public hearing in front of City Council.
