City staff will present an overview of the proposed 2027–2028 Biennial Budget, including preliminary revenues and expenditures, key funding priorities, and significant changes from the current budget. The presentation is intended to provide Council with an overview of the City’s financial plan for the upcoming biennium and support the budget review and adoption process.
