BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On August 25, 2026, the City Council voted to propose a tax rate for FY27 of $0.392246 per $100 valuation, including $0.295646 per $100 valuation for operations and maintenance and $0.0966 per $100 valuation for interest and sinking (debt service).
This is the first and final public hearing to be held on the proposed tax rate.
