Staff recommends the Governing Body move to approve the resolution as part of the consent agenda.

BACKGROUND:

The Governing Body adopted a Resolution approving the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program and the 2026-2028 Capital Improvement Budget (Resolution No. 9723). The Resolution requires Governing Body approval for projects that are ready for construction and whose total project budget exceeds $250,000.
