Action requires at least six (6) votes of the Governing Body. 

Whether to adopt the Public Infrastructure Committee’s recommendation. 

Staff recommends the Governing Body move to approve the resolution as part of the consent agenda. 

The Governing Body adopted Resolution No. 9723 approving the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and the 2026-2028 Capital Improvement Budget (CIB); and the Resolution requires Governing Body approval for projects that are ready for construction and whose total project budget exceeds $250,000; and on August 18, 2026, the Public Infrastructure Committee recommended approval of Project No. 701050.01 for construction of a sidewalk along Lyman Road from Vail to Lane as further described in Exhibit A is hereby approved.
