Staff recommends the Governing Body move to approve the resolution.

The Governing Body adopted Resolution No. 9723 approving the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and the 2026-2028 Capital Improvement Budget (CIB); and the Resolution requires Governing Body approval for projects that are ready for construction and whose total project budget exceeds $250,000; and on August 18, 2026, the Public Infrastructure Committee recommended approval of Project No. 701028.00 for street improvements to Huntoon Street from Gage Boulevard to Harrison Street as further described in Exhibit A is hereby approved.
