ORDINANCE introduced by City Manager Dr. Robert M. Perez, concerning the Project View Reinvestment Housing Incentive District (RHID), removing certain property from the existing district and amending Ordinance 20635.

Staff recommends the Governing Body move to adopt the ordinance.

The legal description of the Project View RHID contained in Ordinance No. 20635 incorrectly included two parcels of property. The removal of these two parcels does not constitute a substantial change to the plan for the development of housing and public facilities within the Project View RHID.

In addition to amending Ordinance No. 20635, corrective modifications and related action are required for the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Development Agreement, and Personal Guaranty, as provided for under the Development Agreement.

There is no budgetary impact to the City to approve the amendment.
