ORDINANCE(S) - SECOND READING

TO2630 - An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, adopting amendments to the City of Tamarac comprehensive plan by amending the future land use element, infrastructure element, conservation element, intergovernmental coordination element, and capital improvements element, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” to incorporate the water supply planning policies consistent with the City of Tamarac Water Supply Facilities Work Plan - 2026 Update; and adopting, the City of Tamarac Water Supply Facilities Work Plan - 2026 Update, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; consistent with the South Florida Water Management District Regional Water Supply Plan; providing for inclusion in the comprehensive plan; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
