TR14396 - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida approving the replacement Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Consortium agreements between Broward County and the City of Tamarac attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" for fiscal years 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 reallocating HOME funds to first time homebuyer assistance in the combined amount of $306,340.61, consistent with 24 C.F.R. part 92; authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the replacement HOME agreements; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
