REGULAR AGENDA

TR14448 - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, expressing strong opposition to Senate Bill 1134 which seeks eliminate the ability of cities and counties to fund or take any official action as it relates to “diversity, equity, and inclusion”; directing the City Clerk to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Broward League of Cities, Governor of Florida, President of the Florida Senate, Speaker of Florida House of Representatives, and the Broward County Legislative Delegations; and providing for an effective date.
