TR14431 - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, making findings and designating approximately 276 acres of real property generally located at 4600 Woodlands Boulevard, Tamarac, Florida, and identified by Broward County property identification numbers 494114070010, 494114070012, 494114010021, and 494114111260, as a brownfield area pursuant to Section 376.80(2)(C), Florida Statutes, to be known as the “Woodlands Club Green Reuse Area,” for purposes of environmental rehabilitation and economic redevelopment; making findings that the requirements of Section 376.80(2)(C), Florida Statutes, have been satisfied; identifying Woodlands Club Holdings, LLLP as the person responsible for brownfield site rehabilitation, subject to applicable state and county requirements; authorizing the city manager, or designee, to notify the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Broward County of the designation; providing that the designation does not modify or create development rights; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
