ORDINANCE(S) - FIRST READING

TO2630 - An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving the transmittal of proposed amendments to the City of Tamarac Comprehensive Plan future land use element, infrastructure element, conservation element, intergovernmental coordination element, and capital improvements element, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” to incorporate the water supply planning policies consistent with the City of Tamarac Water Supply Facilities Work Plan - 2026 Update; approving the City of Tamarac Water Supply Facilities Work Plan - 2026 update, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; consistent with the South Florida Water Management District Regional Water Supply Plan; authorizing transmittal of the proposed comprehensive plan amendments and water supply facilities work plan to the Florida Department of Commerce and other reviewing agencies as required by Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes; providing for inclusion in the comprehensive plan; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
