TO2634 - An ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 10, Article 4 of the City of Tamarac Land Development Code, entitled "Development and Design Standards", by amending Section 10-4.4, entitled "Landscaping and Tree Preservation", to revise landscaping requirements related to synthetic turf and to create a new Subsection 10-4.4(k)(3)(l), entitled "Synthetic Turf", establishing requirements for the installation and maintenance of synthetic turf on single-family residential properties one (1) acre or less in size; to implement and comply with Section 125.572, Florida Statutes, and Rule 62-308.100, Florida Administrative Code; providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
