Please note that each speaker will have 3 minutes for their comments. The additional minute provided is to allow for the current speaker to step down and the next speaker to come up to the podium. There will be no yielding of time to another speakers. The 3-minute cut-off will be strictly enforced to maintain the schedule of the public hearing.
