Recommendation:
Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider the Following Actions:
- Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a Notice of Exemption for the Zone Rocklin - Comprehensive Zoning Amendment (Zone Rocklin / ENV2026-0010).
- Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a General Plan Amendment for the Zone Rocklin - Comprehensive Zoning Amendment (Zone Rocklin / GPA2026-0001).
- Introduce, Waive the Full Reading and Read by Title Only, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Repealing Multiple General Development Plans for the Zone Rocklin - Comprehensive Zoning Amendment (Zone Rocklin / PDG2026-0002).
- Introduce, Waive the Full Reading and Read by Title Only, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Repealing and Replacing Title 17 of the Rocklin Municipal Code, Amending Related Provisions of the Rocklin Municipal Code, and Adopting the Corresponding Zoning Map Amendments (Zone Rocklin / ZOA2026-0003).
