Rochester Olmsted Youth Council (ROYC) members Alexander Yovchev and Isha Jayakumar joined Mayor Norton, City Council President Randy Schubring, and a Rochester delegation of 16 community members to Germany in June 2026.

Mr. Yovchev and Ms. Jayakumar will share personal highlights from Moosburg, Munster, and Saerbeck with emphasis on the international exchanges. They will also share their takeaways as well as the community impact of their experience.
