The Action Plan is Rochester's roadmap for success, outlining initiatives aimed at advancing City Council's strategic priorities which are currently: Economic Resilience, Housing Access, Inclusive Growth Management, Responsible Environmental Stewardship, and Transformational Capital Projects. Its purpose is to share our vision, promote communication and collaboration, foster accountability, and build transparency. Additionally, it informs our Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Plan.
