The primary focus of the September 14, 2026, Council study session is to provide the Mayor and Council additional information related to the City Administrator's 2027 supplemental recommended budget (operating and capital improvement plan), initially presented at the August 24, 2026, study session. During that discussion, additional inquiries were raised, and the presentation provides feedback and requests guidance on moving those items forward.  This meeting will also be an opportunity for the Mayor and City Council to pose any remaining questions they may have or provide any additional feedback on the 2027 supplemental recommended budget (operating and capital improvement plan) prior to setting the preliminary tax levy on September 21, 2026.
