The 65 St NW Landscaping Project from 37 Ave NW to 55 Ave NW Project - Project No. J7350 involves planting boulevard trees from 37th Ave NW to 55th Ave NW along the recently reconstructed 65th St NW.

The project was advertised in the Post Bulletin. Four bids were submitted, three of which were deemed complete. The following three complete bids were received before the 11:00 a.m. deadline on August 4, 2026:

The Engineer's Estimate for the construction cost of this project was $170,490.

Public Works recommends the contract be awarded to the apparent low bidder, Zillmer Tree Management LLC, in the amount of $164,952.09. Work can begin September 15, 2026, and will be complete by November 1, 2026.

The proposed project is consistent with the City's Complete Streets Policy, City tree species guidelines, and City planting guidelines.
