Summary
Periodically, Planning Division staff update sections of the zoning code to reflect current administrative processes and industry best practices. Tonight, staff proposes updates to sections of the City Code Chapter 113 related to Screening, Outdoor Storage, and Fences. This draft ordinance is based on a work session with Planning Commission as well as current market demands, resident feedback, and to prepare for future Golden Valley initiatives.
Recommended Action
Motion to recommend approval of the ordinance amending Sections 113-152, 113-1, and 113-87 through 113-97, based on the findings in the staff report.
