A MOTION TO APPROVE the renewal of the following Class B -Victualling Limited Alcoholic Beverage Licenses (4), subject to compliance with all state and local regulations:
- Aunt Carrie's Inc. dba Aunt Carrie's, 1240 Ocean Road;
- Mike's North End Pizza Co., LLC dba Mike's North End Pizza; 909 Boston Neck Road;
- Monahan's Restaurant, Inc. dba Monahan's Clam Shack, 190 Ocean Road;
- Ocean State Pickleball, LLC dba Ocean State Pickleball Club, 360 South Pier Road
SUGGESTED ACTION:
Town Council approval is required for all alcohol license renewals in accordance with state law and local regulations.
The following establishment has transferred their license:
- Juleo's LLC dba Leo's Pizza, 909 Boston Neck Road
