SUGGESTED ACTION:
Town Council approval is required for all alcohol license renewals in accordance with state law and local regulations.
The following establishment chose to transfer their license:
- One Eye Jack's LLC dba Buster Krabs Beach Bar and Burger Shack, 265 Great Island Road
The following licenses have been granted by the Town Council, but have not been issued so renewal is not necessary:
- Five Sisters RG, LLC dba Buster Krab's, 265 Great Island Road (Granted on July 20, 2026 pending transfer of land lease)
- GBC LLC dba The Dockside, 290-294 Great Island Road (Granted on June 26, 2025)
