SUBJECT:
A MOTION TO APPROVE the renewal of the following Class B-Victualling Alcohol Beverage license (1), subject to all state and local regulations:
- Market at Gansett Rail, LLC dba Boon Street Market, 145 Boon Street
SUGGESTED ACTION:
RESTRICTIONS APPROVED AT THE MARCH 24, 2024 MEETING DURING INITIAL LICENSE APPROVAL:
- Alcohol service areas are in strict conformance with the Floor Plan that was submitted for this application.
- Proposed work site or landscape improvements such as driveway construction, grading and/or other landscape improvements with the public right-of-way are subject to review and approval of the DPW. In addition, a track off pad must be installed and used for duration of onsite construction.
- That digital noise monitoring devices are used for all outdoor areas to ensure compliance with all local ordinances.
- That "PatronScan", or similar service be used for checking patron identification for bar service.
- Entertainment will cease at 11:00PM.
ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ADDED BY TOWN COUNCIL ON 12/2/24:
- Outdoor live music will cease at 9:00PM.
- All outdoor music will cease at 11:00PM.
FURTHER RESTRICTIONS ADDED BY TOWN COUNCIL ON 10/20/25:
- All outside sound to end at 10:00PM - inclusive of music, TV's, and corn hole.
- Outside areas (patio) and all windows to close at 11:30PM.
- Inside hours remain open until 1:00AM.
