A MOTION TO APPROVE the real estate addendums in the amount of $1,275.01 and real estate abatements in the amount of $206.27.
SUGGESTED ACTION:
The real estate addendum concerns one (1) proration bill sent to property owner who no longer qualifies for the homestead exemption. The real estate abatement concerns one (1) property tax appeal to the Tax Assessor for the 2026 tax bill.
