A MOTION TO APPROVE the renewal of the following Class A - Alcoholic Beverage Licenses (4), subject to compliance with all state and local regulations:
- Bonnet Spirits Inc. dba Bonnet Liquors, 965 Boston Neck Road;
- Pier Liquors dba Pier Liquors, 29 Pier Market Place;
- Schwabby's Wine & Spirits Inc. dba Schwabby's Wine & Spirits, 855 Point Judith Road;
- O'Neil's Package Store Inc. dba O'Neil's Package Store, 366 South Pier Road
SUGGESTED ACTION:
Town Council approval is required for all alcohol license renewals in accordance with state law and local regulations.
