Re-approval of the Sanctuary at Pike River Final Plat; SFP26-0001
BACKGROUND
The applicant requested that the Village Board re-approve the Sanctuary at Pike River Final Plat; SFP26-0001. The applicant updated the plat to meet the previous conditions of approval. The only other change is to show Outlot 1 contemplated in CSM-26-08.
RECOMMENDATION
The Plan Commission recommended approval of the plat at their May 20, 2026 meeting.
