INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT RENEWAL MOSQUITO CONTROL SERVICES

On September 15, 2020, the Village of Indiantown (Village) and Martin County Board of County Commissioners (County) entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the purpose of authorizing the County to perform mosquito control services within the Village’s jurisdiction (Interlocal Agreement).

The Term of the Interlocal Agreement was from October 1, 2020, until September 30, 2021, which may be renewed for additional 1-year terms upon written agreement of the parties no later than sixty (60) days prior to the current term’s expiration date, unless waived in writing by the parties. The Interlocal Agreement has been renewed annually. The current term expires on September 30, 2026.

Approval of this item will renew the Interlocal Agreement without amendment for an additional one (1) year term, from October 1, 2026, until September 30, 2027.
