The engineer’s estimate of construction costs is $105,000. $2,000,000 is currently available in the Annual Sewer Projects Fund V3101.
This agenda item begins the bidding process for the 2027 Woodside Drive Repair Project. This project generally includes removal and replacement of PCC pavement, PCC sidewalk, and a sanitary sewer manhole, as well as the installation of a storm sewer manhole, intake, and associated piping.
A 16-foot-deep sanitary sewer manhole is structurally failing. There is an existing external drop that is also impacting the structural integrity of the manhole. Complete removal of the manhole is required along with installation of an internal drop connection. A nearby storm sewer drain is also undersized for the drainage area and an open throat intake and manhole will be installed to provide proper drainage.
