On July 16, 2026, the Board of Commissioners awarded a contract to Gresham Smith in the amount of $384,957.00 for the Glynn County SS4A Safety Action Plan Project. The terminology was corrected to reflect professional services instead of construction. Staff recommends revising the contract and untilizing Gresham Smith to complete the RFP26-034 Glynn County SS4A Safety Action Plan Project.
