In July 2024, the city council directed staff to begin a full zoning ordinance update.The city’s zoning consultant, ZoneCo., staff and council-appointed community staff workgroups have collaborated to complete that update.
Discussion and public hearing only; recommendation to be made on Nov. 5, 2026.
Recommended Action
Open a public hearing and continue it until Nov. 5, 2026 (4 votes).
