Item 8A: Ordinance repealing and replacing Section 300, the Minnetonka Zoning Ordinance of 1986.
• The city council introduced an update to the zoning ordinance on October 5, 2026, and requested information to provide additional clarity and insight for commission discussion. The attached memo provides some of that information; additional details will be included in the November 5, 2026, planning commission packet.
• Comments were received after the report was published.
