CONSENT AGENDA
County employees who are not covered by a formal bargaining unit include employees in the Confidential, Confidential Management, and other unrepresented classifications (collectively, “Unrepresented Employees”). Unrepresented classifications include those not designated as Confidential or Confidential Management. Historically, the Board of Supervisors has established wages, hours, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment for Unrepresented Employees in conjunction with the County’s collective bargaining process.
Staff requests that the Board of Supervisors approve the terms in the Resolution and authorize staff to implement the approved terms.
