CONSENT AGENDA
The Treasurer's Office presents a monthly portfolio report that reflects the operating balances and long-term investment pool balances at the end of each month. This month represents July 2026. Daily the Treasurer analyzes the cash flow needs in the operation account (Wells Fargo). We transfer money in or out of our liquidity accounts - CAMP (California Asset Management Program) or LAIF (Local Agency Investment Fund) based on the results of the cash flow analysis. Monies that are not required for the near future or operation purposes, are invested in the long-term investment portfolio.
CAMP, LAIF and the long-term investment portfolio earn interest on the money that is transferred into them. CAMP and LAIF are available immediately for operational purposes, whereas the long-term portfolio is invested for terms of 2-5 years.
Interest earned from the portfolio is distributed to the pool participants as revenue to their respective funds.
Receive and accept the Treasurer's Portfolio Report for July 2026.
