CONSENT AGENDA
Each year, the Board of Supervisors adopts a formal resolution establishing the meeting calendar for the upcoming year. The proposed 2027 calendar maintains consistency with prior years, while thoughtfully accounting for observed holidays and major conference schedules that may impact availability.
In alignment with the Board of Supervisors Agenda Item Procedures and Deadlines adopted on December 10, 2024 and subsequently updated on July 17, 2025, August 12, 2025, and October 27, 2026, the following timeline governs the agenda review process for 2027:

County Counsel Review Deadline: 25 business days prior to the scheduled Board meeting date

Clerk of the Board Review Deadline: 19 calendar days prior to the scheduled Board meeting date
If any deadline falls on a recognized holiday, the review date will be adjusted to the nearest preceding business day to ensure timely processing and compliance.
