BUSINESS ITEMS - GENERAL BUSINESS, NON-HEARING ITEMS
On August 9, 2026, Sunnyslope County Water District submitted an application to annex the area presently served by Tres Pinos Water District and surrounding communities. This application represents the culmination of a grant-funded effort to address and improve long-term water supply reliability for the community. The annexation proposal is scheduled for consideration at a public hearing on November 12, 2026. In preparation for that hearing, staff will provide an overview of the proposal, respond to questions, and receive any requests for additional information that Commissioners may need in advance of deliberation and action at the December meeting.
