1. Approve the updated Bylaws for the Behavioral Health Board reflecting a new regulation for board members with disabilities to be able to join meetings remotely without the need to post their remote meeting address or location; and

CONSENT AGENDA
The Behavioral Health Board (BHB) approved the revised bylaws at their June 18th meeting.
The updates to the bylaws include:
- addition of #7 under Article V - Meetings/Agenda/Quorum on page 4 information on a new regulation for board members with disabilities to be able to join meetings remotely without the need to post their remote meeting address or location.
The current bylaws for the BHB require the County Board of Supervisors' approval. County Administration has also more recently advised for every board and commission to update and finalize their bylaws.
The last Board of Supervisors -approved BHB bylaws was from 2009. The BHB bylaws were updated in 2024, but the process was incomplete as they were not reviewed and approved by BOS.
