Approve the annual NEOGOV subscription agreement for continued access to NEOGOV services for software company that provides cloud-based HR, recruiting, and workforce management solutions primarily for the public sector and government agencies and for a total amount of $16,741.24 for the period of July 2, 2026, to July 1, 2027; and
2. Authorize Chair, County Executive Officer, or designee to sign.

CONSENT AGENDA
NEOGOV has provided subscription-based services to the County on an annual renewal basis since 2009. These services have continued without interruption, and the subscription has historically been treated as an ongoing annual vendor agreement. NEOGOV is a software company that provides cloud-based HR, recruiting, and workforce management solutions primarily for the public sector and government agencies.
In light of the updated County Counsel guidance regarding cumulative vendor expenditures, staff determined that the agreement should be presented to the Board for formal approval before continued processing.
The cumulative amount paid to NEOGOV for these services is approximately $136,962.40, including the pending invoice. The pending invoice is for $16,741.24.
The proposed action is for approval of the annual renewal of the NEOGOV subscription.
