On October 8, 2019, the Board of Supervisors subsequently adopted Ordinance No. 997 approving the rezoning of the parcel being this subdivision to the single-family residential (R1) zoning district. The developer is now seeking approval to record the Final Map of Tract No. 358., consisting of ten (10) residential lots and one (1) easement lot, for a total of 11 lots. This subdivision is located at the end of Mojave Way and Fulton Way, at the back of Sunnyside Estates (also known as KB Homes) off of Southside Road. Nearest address is 656 Mojave Way and 625 Fulton Way.
Section 23.09.008 of the San Benito County Code requires a Final Map to be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for approval after the County Engineer confirms that it conforms to the approved or conditionally approved Tentative Map. The County Engineer and the Director of Planning have confirmed that the Final Map complies with the approved Tentative Map and applicable conditions of approval. Following Board approval and satisfaction of all applicable recordation requirements, the Final Map will be submitted to the San Benito County Recorder's Office for recordation.
Approval and recordation of the Final Map will have no impact on the County General Fund. The developer is responsible for applicable map processing, recordation, subdivision improvement, and security costs.
