Staff recommends approving the meeting schedule for the 2027 calendar year. Meetings are to continue on a quarterly basis starting on the first Monday of January, except for July's meeting which will be on the second Monday due to the holiday. Veterans Park Commission Meeting times are be adjusted to 5:30 p.m. from previously established 5:00 p.m. to eliminate confusion between the start times of the Veterans Park Commission and the Parks and Recreation meetings.
