SUP 01-26: 20604 Torrence Chapel Rd Flagpole

Action Requested:
David Coble on behalf of Randy Marion Lake Norman, and Cars MTI-5 LP, is requesting a Special Use Permit on the subject property in order to install a Flag of the United States of America that exceeds the maximum size and height requirements of the Land Development Code. The proposed flagpole will be 114.84’ in overall height, and the flag will measure a total of 1,800 square feet. The proposed flag will measure approximately 70 feet in overall length.
Manager's Recommendation:
Hear staff and applicant presentations, vote to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the Special Use Permit request.
