Capital Project Ordinance Amendment Stream Restoration Project

Action Requested:
This capital project ordinance amendment recognizes a $105,412 reimbursement from Mecklenburg County for design costs related to Mecklenburg County’s major stream portions of the Dana's Branch stream restoration project. This reimbursement is the County's portion of the design that the Town paid for in previous fiscal years.
Manager's Recommendation:
Approve a Capital Project Ordinance amendment as presented.
