REZ 06-26 Washam-Potts Subdivision

Action Requested:
Request by Nate Bowman (Bowman Development) to amend the zoning on approximately 7.01 acres of property at 9910 Washam Potts Rd. The parcel is further identified as Mecklenburg County PID number 00509106. The proposed rezoning is from Neighborhood Residential (NR) to Conditional Zoning (CZ) and will support development of a 17-unit single family residential subdivision (which includes the preservation of the existing home on the property). A community meeting was conducted on August 20th with approx. 14-citizens in attendance. This is a presentation/introduction only with no final decision being requested.
