Action Requested:
Bethel Church, located at 19920 Bethel Church Road, is preparing to expand the existing sanctuary building. The proposed expansion is roughly 6,500sf and also includes facade modifications to other components of the building facing Bethel Church Road. The church has requested a rezoning to permit these changes.
Manager's Recommendation:
Review and provide recommendation on proposed elevations.
