Action Requested:
Request by Nate Bowman to amend the zoning on approximately 7.01 acres of property at 9910 Washam Potts Rd. The parcel is further identified as Mecklenburg County PID number 00509106. The proposed rezoning is from Neighborhood Residential (NR) to Conditional Zoning (CZ) and will support development of a 17-unit single family residential subdivision. A community meeting was previously held on August 20, 2026 and a Town Board introduction was previously held on September 8, 2026.

Recommend approval of proposed Conditional Rezoning
