Advisory Board Bylaws Update
To: Mayor Bilodeau and Board of Commissioners
From: Rox Burhans, Planning Director and Troy Fitzsimmons Parks and Recreation Director
Action Requested:
Review and approve proposed updates to Advisory Board Bylaws for the Planning Board, Transportation Advisory Board, Architectural Review Board, and Parks and Recreation Commission.
The updates generally include the following items:
- Provide clarity on what is considered an excused absence from an official advisory board meeting; and
- Various housekeeping changes
- Use of gender neutral titles
- Correction of formatting and grammatical errors
- Correction of any factual errors
- Other minor changes of a similar nature.
Manager's Recommendation:
Approve updates to the bylaws of the Advisory Boards.
