Summary

Council should review and consider the attached architect memorandum. Staff recommends approval of Pay Application #13 to Valint Construction Services in the amount of $114,898.65.

 
Financial/Budget

Pay Request #13 to Valint Construction Services is $114,898.65. Staff anticipates upon completion of phase 1 of Heritage Park, that $1.5 million will be available for use in the Park Dedication Fund.
