The Planning Commission was originally scheduled to hold a public hearing and review this item at the June 4, 2026, meeting. However, additional information was needed from the applicant to conduct a thorough analysis of the request. Discussions with the applicant are ongoing, and the applicant intends to have all necessary information as soon as possible. 

Staff recommends the Planning Commission make a motion to table the public hearing for this item to the November 5, 2026, Planning Commission meeting, at 7:00pm at Corcoran City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, Corcoran, MN 55340.
