Staff requests that Council review and consider the attached engineering memorandum related to the quote award for the County Road 101 and 107th Place Interim Turn Lane Improvements project. Quotes were received on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 with CS McCrossan Construction, Inc. identified as the low bidder at a cost of $133,705.80. Additionally, staff recommends approval of the construction administration services and construction materials and geotechnical services as outlined in the attachment.

Staff is currently in the process of drafting a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Maple Grove related to the proposed larger intersection improvements (anticipated to be a roundabout).  

The County Road 101 & 107th Place Turn Lane Improvements are funded via Brockton Industrial Park development escrow.

Authorize staff to award the quote to CS McCrossan Construction, Inc. in the amount of $133,705.80 and associated construction administration services to Stantec in the amount of $14,500.00 and construction materials and geotechnical services in the amount of $4,000.
