St. Therese is working to use conduit bonds to finance its new addition. As part of the process, St. Therese needs the City of Corcoran to act as the host city because the project is located in Corcoran.  St. Therese also needs to hold a public hearing to issue their debt.

There are no costs or fees for Corcoran to act as the host city for this issuance.
