Dmitriy Sechko and Kevin Henn, the applicants, requests an opportunity for the City Council to provide informal comments on a concept plan for a proposed subdivision at 6330 Snyder Road & 20240 Hackamore Road. The proposal includes re-guiding the future land use of the site from Existing Residential to Low Density Residential, reclassifying the staging of the site from the fourth stage to the first stage, to allow a 16-lot subdivision.

Staff recommend the City Council review and discuss the concept plan and provide the applicant with informal comments. Any opinions or comments provided to the applicant by the City Council are considered advisory only and shall not constitute a binding decision on the request.
